Many South Perth apartment buildings have stood for decades, and concrete balconies, slab edges and facades are where the wear shows first. Water getting through cracks reaches the steel reinforcement, which rusts, swells and cracks the concrete further. That is concrete cancer, and on a high rise it is best found and repaired early, from a rope, before it spreads.
We repair concrete cancer and cracks, re-seal joints and then repaint, so the new paint goes onto sound, prepared surfaces. We can wash the building and clean the glass in the same program, and roof anchors are tested before any rope work begins.
